With your core muscles healing, you may want to consider a commode or toilet safety frame to help get up and down from a toilet. You will be using your arms and legs more when your core muscles use to do the work. Have some good books, music, movies, and TV shows on the ready while you spend possibly 6 weeks recovering. Its a time for you to focus on getting better, so have everything you need ready before you need it.
